At the Kınalı Toll Booths on the highway, a passenger bus collided with a car while passing through. The impact caused the car to get stuck between the toll booth and the bus. A large number of medical, fire brigade, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. The teams are continuing their work at the scene of the accident. The Istanbul Governorship made a statement regarding the accident. According to the statement released by the Governorship, two of the three passengers in the car lost their lives at the scene of the accident when a bus hit the car from behind as it was trying to pass through the toll booths in Silivri district around 15:30. The Governorship also reported that the injured passenger was taken to the hospital after receiving initial treatment at the scene and that a judicial investigation has been initiated into the incident.
